Toddler Curriculum
The toddlers’ curriculum consists of art exploration, physical development, story time, music and rhythm, number play and indoor and outdoor explorations.
Art: Finger painting, drawing, paper tearing, gluing/collage, patterns, water color, prints/stamps,play dough, and easel time.
Physical activity will include: Throwing, catching, jump kick, climb/slide, parachute play, exercise, dance, and balance.
Story Time: Reading stories together as a class, shared reading, small group reading, book explorations, finger plays, nursery rhymes, puppet plays, new words, storytelling, talking, explaining, and discussing with children is an excellent step to pre-reading. Next Page > |
